SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Times All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Times We ship across the United States. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 10 to 20 business days. The total estimated time from purchase to delivery is 12 to 25 business days.

These times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs or carrier conditions.

3. Order Tracking You will receive an email with your tracking number within 48 hours after dispatch.

4. Damages or Issues If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at plm.miotuyo@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
